This Latin America Espresso blends three coffees from three distinct regions of Latin America. This blend uses mostly Costa Rican Cafe Con Amor, which provides very interesting citrus and caramel notes to the espresso shot. To balance out all of those high end flavors, we use coffees from Guatemala and Mexico. These coffees provide low end and contribute notes of stone fruit and chocolate. The end result is a well balanced shot with tastes to explore from all across your palate.
As a cup of drip, the flavors even out even more to create a vibrant-yet-simple cup. With the fullness of a dark roast, and the smooth flavor of a light roast, this is a coffee that you could easily drink every day.
