This Mocha-Java style blend utilizes two contrasting coffees; our Natural-Processed Ethiopia and Sumatra. The Natural-Processed Ethiopia gives flavors of wild berry, dark chocolate, and tons of complexity, while the Sumatra adds depth and body and compliments the big wild character of the Ethiopia Natural. A very unique & exotic blend that has the taste to suit. As an espresso it is very complex as a straight shot, and cuts milk well with fruit and cocoa flavors.
